چکیده

A case of adenocarcinoma of the lung, in which high titre anticardiolipin antibodies were associated with recurrent venous thromboses resistant to all forms of therapy, is described. It is suggested that such an autoimmune response may be a contributory factor in the para-neoplastic development of vascular thromboses.
